30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, provided the above conditions are met.

Eligibility for a Return

You are eligible for a return only if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

In addition to the above, the item must also meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@flavenly.com.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, first return the original item as per the instructions above. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
